Freshly Baked to Order

Every order at Tiana's Desserts is freshly baked to order, carefully prepared by hand and beautifully packaged before leaving our kitchen.

Every brownie and NYC-style cookie is made with care using carefully selected ingredients, allowing us to deliver the quality, freshness and presentation that define Tiana's Desserts.

How Our Baking & Dispatch Schedule Works

To give every order the care and attention it deserves, we work to a carefully planned baking schedule.

Orders are baked fresh to order before being beautifully packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Weekly Order Cut-Offs

Sat

Place your order by 8:00 pm on Saturday for our Monday dispatch.

Tue

Place your order by 8:00 pm on Tuesday for our Thursday dispatch.

Orders received after these cut-off times will be included in the next available baking and dispatch cycle.

Delivery

Once your order has been freshly baked, carefully packaged and dispatched, it will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Most orders arrive within 1 working day after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Sending a Gift?

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, saying thank you, congratulating someone special or simply sending a thoughtful surprise, we recommend placing your order a few days in advance whenever possible.

Allowing extra time helps give your gift the best chance of arriving in time for the occasion.

Carefully Packaged

Every order is carefully packed in our signature gift packaging to help protect your bakes during transit while creating a beautiful unboxing experience from the moment your parcel arrives.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout mainland UK.

At this time, we do not offer international delivery.
