Postal Information & Policy

We currently offer UK-wide postal delivery for our baked treats via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Dispatch Days:

All postal orders are dispatched every Thursday.To receive your order in that week’s dispatch, please place your order by Monday at 11:59pm.

Orders placed after this cut-off will be sent in the following week’s dispatch.

Shipping Details:

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Delivery Times:

While most Tracked 24 parcels arrive the next day, please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays once your order is in Royal Mail’s hands, though we’ll always help with tracking updates or support where possible.

Packaging & Shelf Life:

All cookies are individually sealed in food safe cellophane bags, then carefully packed in a sturdy postal box to ensure they arrive fresh, protected, and ready to enjoy. Our products are best enjoyed within 5–6 days of dispatch and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Delivery Information & Policy

At this time, we do not offer a delivery service for our baked goods. All orders are collection only from our designated pickup location in Hinchingbrooke (PE29 postcode)

Full collection address will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is placed.We may offer local delivery in the future, but for now, collection is required for all standard orders.

Collection Time Slots:

Collection is available by appointment only, to ensure your order is freshly prepared and ready when you arrive.We typically offer collection slots on:

Mondays - Sundays
Between 09:30am – 5:30pm

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time within these hours.

Please Note:

Please arrive during your agreed time slot, if you’re running late, just let us know.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins or unannounced pickups.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they know the name on the order.

Tiered Cake Deliveries:

For celebration cakes that are more than two tiers, delivery is available due to the size and setup requirements.

Delivery for these larger cakes will be discussed and arranged individually at the time of booking. If you have any questions about collection or need to discuss delivery for a multi-tiered cake, feel free to get in touch.
