Returns & Refund Policy – Cake Jars & Cookies

I take great pride in creating delicious bakes that arrive fresh, well packaged, and exactly as described. Please read the returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order:

1. Perishable Products

  • All cake jars and cookies are made to order, freshly baked, and classed as perishable goods.
  • As such, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a clear issue with the product itself.

2. Damaged Orders

  • I package all products securely, but if your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To process a replacement or partial refund (where applicable), you’ll need to provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.

3. Delayed Deliveries

  • I use reliable tracked services to ship your items, but once dispatched, delivery times are out of my control.
  • No refunds will be given for delays caused by the courier, though I’ll always help you track your parcel and escalate issues where possible.

4. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  • No refunds will be issued for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

5. Taste or Texture Complaints

  • Taste is subjective, but I always aim to maintain consistent quality and flavour.
  • If you’re ever unhappy with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll do my best to make things right where reasonable.
