To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review our terms before placing an order:

1. Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders.
• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 3 days before collection.
• Orders not fully paid by this deadline may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.
• For cake jars and cookies, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

2. Notice Period

• For custom cakes, please allow at least 2–3 weeks’ notice. Dates can fill quickly, so early booking is highly recommended.
• Cake jars and cookie orders typically require 5–7 days’ notice.

3. Cancellations

• All deposits are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated upon booking.
• If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, I may be able to transfer your payment to a future date at my discretion.

4. Design Changes

• Minor design changes may be accommodated up to 7 days before collection, depending on the nature of the change.
• Major changes requested after booking may incur an additional fee or may not be possible.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soya.
• While I take every care, I cannot guarantee any product to be completely allergen-free.
  

6. Collections & Deliveries

• Cakes and cupcakes are collection only from Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Collection times will be arranged and confirmed in advance.
• Cake jars and cookies are available for UK-wide postage, dispatched via tracked services to ensure freshness.

7. Storage & Shelf Life

• Cake jars should be refrigerated and consumed within 7 days.
• Cookies are best enjoyed within 4–5 days at room temperature or can be frozen to extend shelf life.

8. Photography & Marketing

• I reserve the right to photograph your order for marketing and social media purposes.
• If your order is a surprise or you’d prefer not to have it shared online, please let me know at the time of ordering.
